General Rules (Brazilian law,- Deliberação Normativa nº 387 of EMBRATUR)
- No-show of the client at the hotel, at the combined hour and lack of any previous communication of any alteration, will result in the cancellation of the reservation 12 hours after the combined hour.
- Cancellations (only written cancellation via e-mail can be accepted) for a 90% refund may be made up to 72 hours prior to the appointed check-in date.
No refunds will be made within 72 hours of the appointed check-in date.
This paragraph will not apply in case of illness confirmed by a physician or major force officially published. Total refund for values above de necessary 50%.
For Brazilian Holidays and from December, 15 until Carnival cancellation of the reservation for the right to a 90 % devolution has to be made until 14 days before the check-in date. - No refunds are offered for early check-out. In case of early check-out the payment for the full reservation is still required.
Particular hotel rules
- Check-in from 2 pm onward and check-out until midday. For staying at the apartment after midday we charge 20% for every initiated hour and after 4 pm a full daily rate. The payment of this additional daily rate would not guarantee your overnight stay (depends on availability).
- For Brazilian holidays (extended weekends) special rates apply (see table). During these special-package-periods daily rates do not exist
- A minimum stay is required for weekend, high season and package reservations.
- Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of at least 50% (or 100% if required) of the total charge.
- As distant credit card payment isn't possible, please make transfers from any European country free-of-charge via SEPA in EURO to our bank in Austria:
